When we say we are the ‘Finest Artisan Cakes’, we really mean it.
FINEST. Pastry Union cakes are made from the highest quality ingredients curated with painstaking care. We use couverture chocolate with cocoa butter. We’re also obsessed with quality. We don’t see the point in filling up the menu with mediocre options. In the 6 months we spent exploring hundreds of sketches, trials and recipes, only three have graduated. We are that selective.ARTISAN. There are banal cakes that you can munch on just to fill the stomach. Alternatively, you can indulge in cakes that come alive with character, thoughts and personality, like a puppet under its master’s skilful hands and craftsmanship. Our cakes are sensuously crafted, designed to put a content smile of indulgence on your face.
CAKES. When we say cakes, we mean real cakes. Life’s too short to be mucking around the pretenders – like premixes. Nor any nasty preservatives, artificial flavours and colourings. We don’t take short cuts. Good, real cakes, made fresh only upon order.
